Shareholder Information.
Keystone Savings Bank has a proud heritage of being
locally owned since the bank opened in 1935.
Now a Sub-S corporation, the bank is wholly owned by Keystone
Community Bancorporation, a one-bank holding company.
Keystone Community Bancorporation is also a Sub-S corporation.
Not widely held or publicly traded, the shares are
owned by a relatively small group of 26 people with diverse backgrounds
that include farming, business, banking, retirees, and their families.
No more than 17% of the shares are owned by any single entity.
All of our shareholders are residents of Iowa and
all of our branches are located within 15 miles of a shareholder.
Some of our current shareholders can trace their shares to those
first issued when the bank began in 1935.
The shareholders of Keystone Savings Bank are
committed to the long-term stability of the bank and the desire to
continue our locally owned heritage long into the future.
